Clutch motor operating principle
The so-called clutch, just as its name implies that the use of "off" and "close" to pass the right amount of power.
Clutch is composed of a friction plate, spring plate, pressure plate and a power output shaft which, it is located in the engine and gearbox to transmit the stored on the flywheel of the engine torque to the gearbox, to ensure that the vehicles in different driving conditions to drive round the right amount of driving force and torque, which belongs to the dynamic assembly of the category. In the semi linkage, the power input and the power output of the clutch allows the speed difference, that is, through its speed difference to achieve the right amount of power transmission.
Clutch is divided into three working states:
1, the clutch is not;
2, do not step on the clutch linkage;
3, as well as part of the clutch under the semi linkage.
When the vehicle is started, the driver depresses the clutch, the pulling motion platen clutch pedal backwards by, is the pressure plate and the friction separation. At this time the pressure plate and the flywheel no contact there is no relative friction.
When the vehicle in normal driving. The pressure plate is pressed by the flywheel friction piece, this time between the friction plate and the friction between the maximum, the input shaft and output shaft keep relatively static friction, speed and in the same.
The last one is half clutch linkage, friction pressure plate and friction plate is less than the state.
At this time, between the friction plate of the clutch pressure plate and flywheel is sliding friction condition, the rotational speed of the flywheel is greater than the rotational speed of the output shaft, and part of the transmission from the flywheel power transfer to the gearbox. In this state, the engine and the drive wheels are equivalent to a soft state.
